I may have imagined it, but I thought that the 'scenes from previous episode' recap at the start showed things that hadn't happened yet. Which, if true, would be in keeping with the episode, but also incredibly meta/clever.

I'm enjoying the relationship between Agatha and Billy. I think like Wanda, deep down Billy is a kind person, so we'll see if Agatha corrupts him in the last few episodes.

My group does all it's adventuring at night, that way we avoid all those encounters per adventuring day. ;) That was a joke, I'm holding off forming an opinion on any changes in the new DMG until I get a chance to read them for myself.

I did think it was odd that the new PHB has Wizard as Average complexity, But Warlock and Sorcerer were both considered High. I thought it would be the other way around personally.

I can't seem to see what you're referring to? They say that they don't have plans to make more Greyhawk content in the future (unless there's a huge call for it from the community), what does that have to do with past products, such as Vecna: Eve of Ruin?
