Easy. It's diplomacy + another skill. Talking with the King? Diplomacy + History. Talking with the local wisewoman or mob boss? Diplomacy + Streetwise. Talking with the clergy? Diplomacy + Religion. Talking with an angry giant? Diplomacy + Athletics ;)

You're missing another benefit: After you defeat an enemy you wildshape into a bear and /dance on his corpse, increasing his humiliation.;)

It's all about style. As a goblin your choices are wolf or spider (or maybe lizard); if you chose anything else you must turn in your goblin card. One exception would be taking raptor and "reskinning" it as a giant bat with the same stats.

What does said trained fox do? For one that doesn't do combat stuff , I'd say 5-15gp. It's just a pet, albeit a semi-exotic one. For combat, well, I don't know any rules for having combat pets.

That's when you say that due to some special property of magical weapons, you can't use an improvised disarm maneuver on them (maybe the same magic that makes magical throwing weapons return to your hand).

I'd also limit the number of people who can attempt to aid. Have to move a heavy boulder? As many people as can get around it can help (more if you have ropes, etc.). But trying to treat a wound? I think 8 people clustered around the patient all "helping" would do more harm than help, unless...
