Bucklers and 2 Handed Weapons and Run Feat

No. Yes. The feat only allows a wielder to keep the buckler's AC bonus; it does not remove the -1 penalty to hit. Eh, I wouldn't take it.

    Caster Cleric

Precocious Apprentice, but after rereading the feat, it wouldn't help here. Shield has a good AC bonus; mage armor until you can get a good pair of bracers. Until you can fly, expeditious retreat to stay out of the way in combat. Possibly true strike, but don't know how many cleric spells that...

Epic spellcasting: Is it really feasible?

I've heard talk before (or prob' read it online somewhere), that a caster first casts a spell that increases his Spellcraft skill (this spell having a very long duration), then cast the aforementioned mega-DC epic spells. The initial boost spell would have a relatively low DC because of lengthy...

    Caster Cleric

Another non-Turn-Undead-advancing PrC is the revised Dweomerkeeper (Mystran PrC originally in Faiths & Pantheons), found in the Complete Divine web enhancement. Requires a 1-level-dip into sorcerer or wizard (or that cheese-feat in the back of CArc), but has a bunch of pure magic abilities. And...

A power attack feat for ranged weapons...

Considering that Nifft's feat looks inferior to the OftBI's Ranged Precision ability (costs more of an action & will do less damage), I'm okay with it.

A power attack feat for ranged weapons...

My turn to accept. Thanks for the clarification. Obdurium, perhaps? ;) By giving the archer the ability to power attack, he pretty much becomes better than the melee'er (sp?). Not only can he dish out equivalent damage, but he can start doing it quicker (not as much need to move), can do it...

    Rakshasas

Like zeb.hillard said, SS already has the 3.0 rakshasa in it, page 191. It's ECL 14 (7HD + 7LA). I had done a quick 3.5 pencil-over of it previously (if you have access to SS):Remove "vulnerable to blessed crossbow bolts" at 1st level Remove all mentions of spell immunity; starting at 4th...

    Special Materials (like Mitheral)

Yes, good list. :bookmarked: One that I saw absent though, was starmetal (Complete Arcane). Just like adamantine, but greener, & weapons forged from it do +1d6 damage vs. extraplanar creatures, IIRC.

A power attack feat for ranged weapons...

You might not have meant to imply it, but I inferred it. My apologies for that. So from 45 to 60 points now? Archers should have a bit easier a time penetrating DR, epic or no. With archery's other advantages, I don't see strict damage output as the only thing that should matter. Nifft's feat...

All magical beasts have lots of supernatural abilities?

A power attack feat for ranged weapons...

Well, yeah, you gotta' give the archer some custom item(s) as well, like a quiver than can produce any type of material arrow, & when fired, becomes the size of a ballista bolt. Or something... You can't just say, "epic archers suck, in part because we have a fighter with a massively powerful...

    Divination Domain

Okay, I stopped being lazy, & went to consult my books. Two 3.0 sources have a Divination domain. Defenders of the Faith has it as a prestige domain (like javcs guessed), & Oriental Adventures has it as a shaman domain.

I want to say Complete Divine, & reprinted in Spell Compendium. (Don't have the books in front of me.)

    Eldritch Theurge

My group just HR'ed a Practiced Invoker feat, to go along with Practiced Spellcaster & Practiced Manifester; an older issue of Dragon even has one for soulknives (Practiced Mindblade, IIRC). One of the easier things to HR, IMO. ;)

    WereWorg

Well, let's see what happens as I read over the template. Flavor text: Blah, blah, silver hair as a humanoid, blah, blah. Have traits common to all lycanthropes, blah blah, with following changes: Ability Scores: +4 Str, +2 Dex, +6 Con. Special Attacks: breath weapon (15' cone of cold, 4d6...

A power attack feat for ranged weapons...

The peerless archer PrC from FR's Silver Marches book get the ability to power attack with a bow at the 3rd class level, IIRC (which would be about the 10th character level). And I think it's limited to 30'. I think. That said, I'd be fine with making it an epic feat, but not a non-epic one...

    WereWorg

Winter werewolf you say? Dungeon #84 had an adventure with just such a creature/template in it. However, AFAICT, it's 3.0 (I think 3.5 kicked in with #103). I don't have the issue in front of me, but if you want, I can dig it up later or tomorrow to see how it was done.

Additionally, can a sorcerer/warlock enter eldritch theurge? Or is it limited to wizard/warlocks?

    Eberron - Action Points

Yes, when your character levels up, he gets a new pool of Action Points. Getting a fresh pool at the start of every encounter would make Action Surge even more of a must-have, & would make Quicken Spell pretty near obsolete.
