You know - I really don't know. I figured it traditionally was more powerful than a Unicorn, so maybe lvl 15 to 18, based on looking at the MM ones?

I could use a Ki-Rin, been looking for one. I pegged them at Paragon or higher, just because of the Unicorns being similar (Ki-Rin is like a japanese unicorn, but usually has more spells or abilities devoted to good)

I'm not at home, so I can't take pics of anything, but I do have some on my Picasa here This is a setup I ran last fall(ish) to recreate Encounter at Blackwall Keep's opening scene (Age of Worms, from Paizo) That magna-map looks like a helluva better way to do this than what I did :)

What I do is look at other powers of that level, and try to balance stuff based on the theme of the class. That doesn't always work however - if you try to balance every power vs. Stinking Cloud, you'll never have anyone take Web, for example.
