My only problem with the BAB requirement is that it makes it seems a bit strange for a cowardly PrC. Couldn't a fighter 4/rogue 1 could get access to the PrC before a rogue 5? I can understand that. I just assumed it would take a multi-class level of rogue or bard to make much use of the PrC...
