    Mystic Theurge

NO, it's worse than useless. The second one has more levels of wizard, and therefore more bonus feats? And more levels of cleric... which probably also gives out a greater bonus than epic MT does.

    Knowledge: Local?

Yes, knowledge, Everything Local. Or, to be more precise, it would be: Knowlege (legends, personalities, inhabitants, laws, customs, traditions, humanoids). Which is what it says it is in the skill description.

    Knowledge: Local?

This only supports my statement above that the skill is poorly worded. The description clearly states that it applies to ALL things local, no matter where that local is. The use of the word "local" in the description creates a connotation that is not supported in the rules and tempts people to...

    Warforged

Yes... the scout is hideously underpowered. They "need" one less -2, either drop the wisdom or the strength penalty and it'd be fine however. Dropping the wisdom penalty would be more consistant with other small creatures (who typically get a penalty to strength in addition to the built in...

    Initiative Feats

My first thought would be to leave Improved Initiative alone and create a Greater Improved Initiative that adds an additional +2...

    Sorcerers w/o Material Components

I do more than that to differentiate between the two. But in my campaign they don't need material components.... and any spells that require expensive material components have a lesser version that can be cast without those components. One day a sorc found out that using certain things as a...

    Warforged

I've been particularly fond of the Dragon Disciple and Warforged Juggernaught (preferably in that order, sometimes intermixed).

    Knowledge: Local?

Agreed. Therefore you can't use it to identify magic items.... or do anything other than what's described in the skill description. Having it be bardic lore would be giving it the ability to do more than is listed in the skill description, which would be a house-rule. However having it do...

    Now they buy pigs

Oh, I totally agree. I mean, if they're not at least attempting to save the meat then they're doing it wrong. (Of course, I also agree with your "Guys, I don't like this" followed by Archons, but that's a different subject in my mind)

    spell research

That's true... of course I rule that clerics cannot research spells. They ask for it and are either given it or not. If anyone is enforcing the gold to research clerical spells, it'st he god that has to pay it, IMO.

    Now they buy pigs

However it's also almost certain that sheep are allowed to be killed to enhance one's personal survival, as that's something that's often done to sheep. But they're awesome garbage disposals. Pigs are almost always economically worth more than they cost to keep.

    Knowledge: Local?

But local does mean the area you are in, which means whatever area you're IN> Sure, you don't know anything about the area across the country... until you get there. It is. But as it's obviously a house-rule, it's OK that it be as contrary as the GM wants it to be.

    Monks Underpowered?

Unless you're a warfoged, then they are. Even better, really, they're "battlefists" and grant you the "Improved unarmed" feat on top of being enchanted as +1 That being said, Patryn is right, gauntlets aren't listed as monk weapons and therefore are not. However there are many who say you can...

    Knowledge: Local?

But it is. It's local: "This material plane" as opposed to "historical" or "geographical" or "dungeoneering" or even "the planes". History covers ALL histories. Geography covers ALL geographies, Nobility is all nobles of all regions, Arcana doesn't just cover the local arcane ideas... Nature is...

    Where can I get Tact-Tiles...

No, but I'll sell you my old ones and buy some new ones for myself if you want....

Cloaks, rings, robes, hats, bucklers, and codpieces.

I've cared before. Actually, the character of mine who's cared the most was the warforged. He used to pay extra to get his custom magic items made in aesthetically pleasing ways (to him, of course). He (it?) had a very low charisma, and didn't care because of that at all. He just wanted to look...

    Now they buy pigs

They're hellasmart, hellanoisy... they WILL know that something's wrong and will refuse to go first. They're also very hard to 'catch' if they escape the leash or the pen. A full grown pig is heavy, solid, and STRONG. I've used dogs before. They're awesome for the first two levels, pretty good...

    spell research

I'm going to throw in here the thought that a caster gets two free spells, and they don't have to have come from anywhere... hence having them have been researched is a viable option. Therefore as long as you don't get more than two per level, and you buy your others (barring a feat to give...

    Monks Underpowered?

True, Rules of the game article right out said that they were priced at +50% (I see this has already been pointed out). Rings of protection will protect better than bracers of armor... but more importantly bracers of armor won't stack with Mage Armor. And for 1000 you can buy a pearl of power...
