They have a Feat like this for Pathfinder. It works just fine. I think that you trade -1 to hit for +2 to damage, and then you can make that adjustment at +4 BAB and then every +4 of BAB... so at BAB +8 you can subtract 3 for +6 damage.... It is called Deadly Aim. Aluvial
