The Monsternomicon has a bunch of "quickplates" and templates in it for all manner of nastiness. I believe that the Dragonblight is in there as well as dragonspawn rules and a host of other really cool monsters. I plan on using it in my Ptolus game as well.

I'm assuming that you're his DM. Put the burden on him. If he can't show you the source for his "thunderstick", then I wouldn't allow him to keep using it. Because honestly, I've never heard of a "thunderstick" before.

Anyone else notice that Roy and Horace both had one shoe bigger than the other? I got a chuckle out of that. No, I doubt that's it. Remember, up there, you appear as you envision yourself, that's why Roy's mom is still young and hot. What's probably going on is Horace can't ever imagine...

While this is true to an extent, a lot of the lighter armored classes will benefit from a higher Dexterity as well. Nonsense? Really? Armor is designed to lessen the damage from taking a hit, not prevent you from getting hit.

So you've got no experience with armor as DR and level based defense bonuses? Has anybody used these rules together?

I would definitely be up for hanging out for a while after the Gameday is done, but I've got a Metro to catch to my car and then a hour+ ride back home, so my time will be a bit limited. It'll probably be easier to organize something the day of the 27th than it would be to do something right now.
