I'd pick Arcana Unearthed/Evolved. It's D&D with a few twists. Next would be Conan. It's truly inspiring. I'm also partial to Slaine. Even if it's a diamond in the rough ;).

That's exactly how I see it. I think eTool's failure was a lack of enthusiasm behind the project. If you don't show any interest in something you allegedly want to achieve, you will fail. This time, the signs look different.

Even if I can't really click on any of the options in the poll, I can say that none of the magazines played a roll in getting me interested in D&D. My entrance ticket were CRPG's ;).
