Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Shun carefully wipes down his equipment and coils up the chain and places it back over his shoulder. He looks over the loot from the fight and pokes at the gauntlets with his trident, flipping them over to look at the metal bits worked into the leather. Ugh. Horrid things. I think someone could...

    L4W Discussion Thread V

I'm not quite as cynical about more nefarious motives, but I think the logistics of integrating different rules "plugins" will still be difficult for everyone, particularly PbP. It might be straightforward for an individual gaming group to decide on the rulesets that work for them, but how do...

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Shun shifts a step back and swings his chain around and brings it down on the hellhound. Move: shift 1 square away (not sure what the map looks like) Standard: Weight of Earth Minor: N/A

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Hey. Just wanted to let you all know that my daughter is doing fine (we had a nice Christmas at home) and I'm still in for the game. I am a bit unclear about whether I need to post a move or not. I'll re-read the last round, but I'd appreciate a little direction too.

I'm at the hospital with my daughter. She's OK, but I'm preoccupied at the moment.

Out celebrating our anniversary tonight. It might be 24 hours before I get a chance to post

I'm waiting on Vyrna so I don't mess her up, but assume that Shun shifts away from the hell hound.

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Actually, I posted that I'm choosing to use the pursuit aspect unless I state otherwise... http://www.enworld.org/forum/living-4th-edition/313889-adventure-stolen-staff-dm-someone-judge-luinnar-3.html#post5733975 I think you could come up with a good rationale for either ruling... * The enemy...

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

To the party... I can't think of a way to save Vyrna. I don't have any way to force the hound to move this round. Most of my powers are about locking down foes on the battlefield to keep melee enemies away from the squishy players safe in the back lines. I can mark all three adjacent orcs, use...

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

OK. I'll wait for everyone else to go and then I'll post new actions. Rules question: does Pursuit of the Hunter allow Shun to shift behind the hell hound as it moves within 2 squares? The RAW don't really clarify. Is it "an enemy begins a move action and starts its turn within 2 squares of you...

    L4W Tavern Patrons

This should work fine. More long term, I'm working on a general method for adventure tracking and adventure pages. I can extend that to handle the tavern as well. When I have something ready to share, I'll chime in again.

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Shun staggers from the blast of fire, but then reaches somewhere inside to try and dismiss the pain. As he briefly brushes a hand across the stone floor, water begins to seep from the rock and flows across his hand, up his arm and across his body. The water seems to repair some of the fire...

Shun lets out a low whistle. Now that's how you do it, sweetheart.

I'll have to use those later, but Pursuit of the Hunter could apply to any enemy that moves.

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Shun moves through the group to get out of the corridor and into the room. The chain slides through his hands as he stalks towards the orcs. Before closing with the first orc, Shun swings his anchor around and directs it at the fiend in front of him, hitting him squarely and knocking him so hard...

Right you are. I'll see if I can find a workaround.

Adventure: The stolen staff (DM: Someone. Judge: Luinnar)

Uhhh, Vyrna, do you have something stuck in your eye there? Thinking about it some more, we probably don't want to go back and drag that guard all the way over here. But it doesn't look like there's a peephole anyways. Why don't we just knock on the door and ask them to come out?

I added some headers to sections that didn't have them. The few sections that did have headers may not have been showing because your browser was still caching the old wikia.css file. Everything looks right to me now. Let me know if you see the same.

Re: Tabber I added some css to our wikia.css file so that H2 and H3 tags will display properly inside the tabber sections. The key advantage here is that the "edit" link for the whole section is now displayed and easily used.

Hmmm, I'm willing to look at it. Can you give me a little more detail on what you have in mind? The best approach for a wiki is probably to provide flexibility for the player to write in all the bonuses. If you look at the powers to hit table now, what is missing? I'll look into it. I know that...
