My wife recently bought me Gloom and Munchkin Cthulu for my birthday. Munchkin is always a good time, though I think the Cthulu set is underpowered compared to Star, Super, Fu, etc. Gloom is amusing, but we haven't quite played enough games for me to decide if it's actually really good.

I think the filibuster cantrip's duration of 1 minute is just fine. It's the villain's farewell/parting words and shouldn't really take more than that. The Greater Filibuster is just hilarious and may be powerful, but I think it seems balanced. I'm going to have to use these on my players...

I still think that limiting cc skills to half the number of ranks for class skills but having all skills cost 1pt./rank allows for story related skill taking a lot more. Huh. I think I'd make it a 4th level spell initially and test its effectiveness. If the players always pick it once they get to that level, then it's maybe too powerful so you'd want to up the level. I'd have to play with it a little while to see.
