Possibly! When we hammer out a firm schedule, I'm sure there will be an official call for volunteers and we certainly aren't going to turn away people that offer to help with setup and cleanup!

PirateCat's NC Gameday Dread game managed to captivate pretty much all of the attendees regardless of the fact that they were not playing in the game. Looks like great fun for a Gameday!!

I may be overly optimistic, but my concern is actually having TOO MANY games and not enough space so I want to have a realistic number in mind so that we don't go over and end up having to cancel games due to lack of space.

My hope is that we'll have enough room for 6 games to happen at once... Is that too few? Too many?

What I don't understand is how you believe this will hurt the ENnies in the future. You say, "Wow - not having a set of codified rules will hurt the ENnies," but you don't say how or why. So, I'd appreciate a clarification. Many rules changes are nods, not to the whims of the ENnies judges...

I am inclined to look for a workable date in October. Would allow a decent amount of time for GenCon goers to recover, but wouldn't cut into the Thanksgiving family season. Thoughts from y'all?
