I don’t know for sure if it is changed or not, as I haven’t played the Rogue yet personally. But I do know the player that did said they had “two uses.” So either they changed it to scale with Prof bonus or the Rogue pregen had a 14 Int. I’ll try and find out tomorrow. Also, I am 99% sure...

It’s improved but not hugely. They got Royal Envoy from SCAG but at level 3 (it works more like the playtest version) and the Rally Cry but renamed. And it does some more healing.
