For what its worth, I still use IE on Win10 and it works fine, when the tools aren't offline because they "accidentally" unplugged the computer in the basement that holds the 4e tools. Win+R iexplore.exe Works like a charm.

Disagree. Multiclassing is more balanced in 4e than in any other edition. It's harder to break, which is what you may be describing as "bad mechanics" particularly if you're used to the broken mess that is 3.x. You will probably like 5e, since they resurrected that hot mess.

Even though Necromancy was kinda weak in 4e, I can always support using Necromancy on 4e; it doesn't get enough love these days ;)
