I've been looking forward to this one for a while. The first ep was pretty good but I'm expecting great things with the cast and crew. From TWW it has both Soorkin and Thomas Schlamme (sp?), as well as at least two actors.

I don't think there's ever been any statements that there will be a conversion of G123, as far as I've know. Tome of Horrors and White Plume Mountain were converted and posted at the WotC boards quite a while ago, but there's no indication any more are being worked on. Who knows?

The Russian was absolutely horrible though. I watched the scences with Russian friends and we couldn't make a word of it.

I hate how in cop shows/movies like Law and order or CSI, the federal police (FBI, Secret Service, whatever) are always viewed as incompetent, arrogant, and ignorant. The local police are always treated as the ones who actually understand the situation.

Ed Greenwood gave an interview at Gen Con (available here) and talks about FR and Castlemourn a bit. He doesn't say anythign about being tired of FR, though he does refer to the fact that some things about the setting are done differently than he would.

You get the PDF free if you preordered from White Wolf. AFAIK, if you get it somewhere else, you don't get the PDF for free. John
