I'll follow the stacking rules as written in the rulebooks as best I can. So, you would be unable to stack two bonuses to the same ability score (i.e. Cloak of Charisma +2 and Necklace of Charisma +1 wouldn't stack). And I think the Natural Armor question has been clarified.
