Those sizes didn't exist in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. First Edition AD&D had Small, Man-sized and Large. Second Edition AD&D had Tiny, Small, Man-sized, Large, Huge and Gargantuan. I'm leaning towards making them Tiny to keep their vulnerability to normal weapon damage.

A quick check of official sources isn't having much luck. There's a Special Quality called Poor Depth Perception but can't find an official creature with it. The CC version of the Cyclopskin was a pertinent ability: Want to use that if we can't find anything better?
