for the PP it seems like its slightly too strong. i think giving them an action point related feature like most pp give and maybe a single class ability or 2 in some cases might be more balanced. the rest seems alright to me.

i like the "aura" powers they get like the one that gives temp hit points. just like in previous edition the bard looks like a great 5th member of a group or great 3rd member if you want a leader with some controller fluff with it.

am i right to say the bard can multi-class into as many classes as they want? because that is just beautiful.
