Lone Wolf by Mongoose does this as well, but calls it Perception. I plan on using it in every game from now on.

The only other piece of advice I could give is that you may have to re-do some of the ability score adjustments of races. I'm specifically thinking of the half-orc here. +2 Str, -2 Int and -2 Cha doesn't quite balance in this case, as Str does become less important.

I seem to recall a d20 product somewhere that uses a minimum Str score for weilding weapons and wearing armour. Was it Diablo II d20?

True20 uses Dex for attack rolls, but it also uses armour as a kind of damage reduction. If using Dex to attack in D&D, I'd probably go with armour as DR as well.

Probably not. I have had a regular group for 6 or 7 years, so see no need for one. However, if you were talking solo as in without a DM (like the old Fighting Fantasy books) I would buy it in a heartbeat!

Yep, it all comes down to two words. It has nothing to do with heroes are more physically fit, or women are faster and don't take damage in order to get scares, or magic removes said scars. Nope, two words: Sex sells.
