The death attack being overpowered seems valid. I'm not sure what you mean by the Close Combat Shot though. This PrC gives it at the same level as the Order of the Bow Initiate does.

I use trolls, ogres and minotaurs often. I use drow in any way possible as villains, but I make sure not to over use them.

I think I'm going to modify him a little more. Maybe give him another magic item to boost his Wisdom some more to better utilize the spells. I might change the greatsword to a fullsword as well (or whatever they're called) and maybe add another magical enchantment on it such as Spell-storing...
