No, its the whole "the gods of good created the elves to be good" crap that is the creation story of DL. However, the terms law, chaos and neutral are never connected to good in their creation. Thank you for the info Stormprince. That was what I wanted to know.

If anyone has this book, will they please tell me if the DL elves are given an alignment other than CG? If they keep them CG I will be sorely disappointed. I've always felt that the Qualinesti and Silvanesti elves were LG. They're simply too rigid and adamant to be anything else. Any insight...

To be honest, I don't own the book. :( Its something like "this bow functions as a +2 longbow when in the hands of a cleric of[insert deity here] that also deals an additional 1d6 of damage per point of Cha modifier to evil creatures." But I could be terribly wrong there. Its the bow pictured...

There's a nice bow in the Arms and Equipment book. Its called the Larethrian Protector, I believe. Its a must have for good-aligned elven clerics. You might have to get it slightly changed to fit your particular deity though. Good luck!
