We don't care because we were okay with the old license. If the "new" license is supposed to be more open, I can't imagine we'll have issues with it. Was everyone just a hell no before the announced revision?

I'm really curious about PDFs. I posted a thread on the publisher's forum at RPGNow, but that forum has been dead since they moved it to RPGLife.com

Maybe they are trying to eke as much out of us as possible until they go to singles?

Its definitely worth it. I was just miffed about the small selection of weapons and mundane equipment. Its very well done though and almost a must have.

There would be several reasons to do it that way: 1. It makes sense for DMs. If you need more Paragon monsters, buy the Paragon volume. 2. We don't have to do such a big buy in. If we see the Heroic volume isn't selling, we don't have to bother with the Paragon one. 3. We can get this released...

How does handing out levels whenever make you unable to run side adventures? Is the only point in your PCs going on those side adventures meta game based and your players just wanting more experience? To me it just sound like you are doing the same thing. The only thing you are doing...

This is the week where we get to see a virtual flood of third party support for 4th Edition under the GSL. Let's create a list of everything that's being released. I'll start: Advanced Player's Guide by Expeditious Retreat Press

1 and 4 we would definitely do. I had a freelancer start doing conversions to 4e and he did just redo the statblock and I didn't like it. I'd create at least 2 stat blocks for each creature. The xxyth, qeh'thral, and others would get multiple stat blocks written up. We would probably treat them...

Thanks. Looking at those pics, there isn't a lot I would want. The kruthiks and bearded devil are cool, the other ones? Meh.

It depends on what it would cost to put it all together. A lot of the material is done, but a lot of the art in there is pretty outdated and subpar in my opinion. I'd have a hard time keeping all of the art as is. I don't know, if we broke even and generated a lot of buzz for our other products...

I'm working on this very thing with our AP now. I'm probably going to provide a guideline in the AP that says by this time the PCs should be around x level and maybe present some sample encounters to eke out those last few levels of the players skip a few encounters.

I can say that has definitely come up in conversations here more than once... As a buyer though, wouldn't you be pissed that you were getting practically the same thing you got in 3e? Our other worry is that we become a company that is stereotyped as a monsters only company.
