Is the SRD like the old one with all of the rules in it or is it just a reference to the rulebooks with the specific things that could be used? I was under the impression that the SRD would be very short and easy to update with no rules. Is that still the case?

Hmm, why would they hold it back to post references to products that don't exist? That seems kinda odd especially since having references to Psionics isn't going to help me develop products as I won't have the Psionic rules until the PHB2 is released until sometime next year. In any case...
