I've got lots, but here's one that leaps instantly to mind: "The One" (i.e. the One True God) is the only diety in my world. His symbol looks just like a "O"; as such, a dwarven baker invented a snack made from potatoes that look just like onion rings... Folks in the church LOVE 'EM... ;)

Having the true privlidge to sit in as a guest player, I can say that what KidC says here is a major understatement - as players they are very smart, very cautious and very suspicious...although not to the point where the players override the characters. ;)

I never liked those rules to begin with, so I did away with them altogether. Generally, it either costs more to make magic items (i.e. How much? "Man, I gotta go raid sixteen more Bag Guy (TM) caravans before I can make that wand of blinking!"), or the components/pieces are much rarer and...

Great - glad you like it!! :) I'm sure *he'd* love to design one of those maps as well, but... :P We'll be putting the finished maps (along with alot more detail on the write-up) in an upcoming PDF product. Interested? If so, what sort of size of maps inside the PDF would everyone like to...

Thanks, Rothe! You should see the *finished* map - makes this one look like a rough draft! ;) I did not make it, but a pal of mine - Brannon Hall - did; he used Photoshop (I helped a little...) :P Keep checking the site - the Abbey has several levels and we'll get all these maps up...
