Ugh. I couldn't choose. Both races have pretty much the perfect mechanical fit for their theme. Changelings may have cool v-shaped racials, but the dwarves' solid mechanics and old school charm make up the difference.

I have to go with changelings. At-will shapeshifting is awesome, and the ability to choose between Dex and Int for their second +2 (they all get a +2 Cha) opens up many more class options for them.
