The 13,000 comic books suggest that DC is my favorite published setting. :D For fantasty role playing, old school Gygaxian Greyhawk is my setting of choice. I also really enjoy Freedom City for M&M.

Greyhawk is the only one I'm interested in.

I allow halflings. The players that use them generally have them act like Tolkein style hobbits. I have never played one myself though.

I don't think any of my 3rd edition books are actually from the 3.5 era. My 3rd edition books will stay on the shelf until I need them again.

Started in Basic and quickly moved on to 1st Edition. I tried 2nd Edition a couple of times in college and ran back to my beloved 1st Edition as fast as I could.

I mostly play Wizard, Paladin then Cleric and NEVER multiclass. So I'd say yes.
