When does your turn officially end

You can't delay your turn to extend beneficial effects. You have to actually start your turn, end the effect, then before you act you declare the delay. At this point, the effect has already ended.

    Role play problems

I'm pretty sure there's a rule for that, but can't find it. Look for a section titled "Don't Be a Dick," it'll say something about "the other people at the table know where to find you."

No, it means that you can't make OA with the weapon.

    D&D 4E Preparing the perfect D&D 4e introductory session

You should do a Kobayashi Maru using Tucker's Kobolds. It's traditional and exciting.

3 Questions- Temp HPs, 2H Wpns, Barbarian Rage

    1. Nothing counts. You don't stack Temp HP ever. 2. 2H weapons don't get 1.5x bonus. 3. Rage Strike isn't meant to be used all the time at all levels. It's merely a way to use up extra dailies in a single encounter. If you don't have spare dailies, you don't need it.

Can a warlord "heal" an unconscious character

Arguing for realism in fantasy is so incredibly inane. Magic is okay, but fantasy heroism is not! It's totally not realistic! It's like an arbitrary line where mystical hoodoo gets a free pass while exceptional acts do not when the context of it all is supposed to be amazing and wonderful...

    Very stupid question regarding feats...

You would have to retrain the one that has a pre-requisite before you can retrain the one that is a pre-requisite.

PC Encounter vs. Evil PC's XP?

The unaccounted for thing here is daily powers. PCs may have used some to get to the DMPCs or may be saving some. DMPCs have neither problem, it's nova time!

    Save that ends the effect

    10-20 isn't 50%, it's 55%. It's 11 numbers out of 20.

Can a warlord "heal" an unconscious character

It's not that hard. Simply by accepting the fact that 0 HP != dead. The rules don't even remotely imply that it does. You're not dead until you need the resurrection ritual. It's not even a great leap to say someone can be talked away from the brink of death. Unless you've never read a book or...

Can a warlord "heal" an unconscious character

Yeah! Games that require people to have an imagination bother me, too. Everytime I fall to negative HP or unconcious, the only things that get me up are magic, too. Why shouldn't the same be true in fantasy?

    D&D 4E Alingment Impact on 4e

If it serves any purpose, it's mainly to let you know a bit about what you can expect from characters of the alignment. Nothing mechanical.

    Query about final confrontation

I see this as incredibly useful against low int enemies. A troll or Orc isn't going to rationalize that hitting you may be a stupid idea. It's the only idea he's got! He understands that you'll hit him back. He wants you to stop hitting him. Well, he's only got one tool in his toolbox to...

Can a warlord "heal" an unconscious character

There's also a long list of evidence of people who are actually unconscious still being able to hear. In both fiction and the real world.

D&D 4E How does the 4E Barbarian Rage ability work?

I'm glad it's something they probably won't be using more than once a day in most situations. It's a rage. He's getting insatiably mad. He's not an Angry Marine (ALWAYS ANGRY! ALL THE TIME!). He's still a (relatively) well adjusted individual. He just gets angrier than normal when the...

Do the Infernal Pact Temp. HP stack?

A power that gives you 5+intelligence modifier temporary hit points. The 5 temporary hit points stack with the intelligence modifier hit points.

D&D 4E lack of non-combat crunch is my biggest gripe with 4e atm

What about your power encourages role playing over already existing powers like Beguiling Tongue that have no failure consequence? Heck, how does a failure consequence encourage anything? Penalties discourage, nearly by definition.
