    Core Beliefs articles

I'd somehow assume we're also getting Ehlonna, Kord, Obad-Hai, Nerull, Erythnul and Fharlanghn, at some point in the future. Possibly also Moradin, Corellon Larethian, Garl Glittergold, and Yondalla, though they've been quite amply detailed in other sources already.

Crown of the Kobold King Cover--What do you guys/gals think?

Coolness! That's the most intimidating kobold I've ever seen, including the solitary ones.

    Viking Modules?

Wolfgang Baur's "The Whale", in issue #35. There's also one called "Hrothgar's Resting Place" in issue #25. Incidentally, GAZ7 The Northern Reaches is not a Forgotten Realms supplement. It's the Known World, Mystara.

Demonomicon - after the big 14?

I keep forgetting that separate cosmologies thing. It really does make this a lot harder on the brain. I really, really wish they hadn't done that. It makes setting continuity a great deal more complicated than it needs to be, even if one does one's best to ignore it like me... Concerning the...

Demonomicon - after the big 14?

Aren't they both dead now, though? I seem to recall the archdevil being offed during Elminster in Hell and the Babylonian god (or Untheric, in this case) being reported KIA during the Orcgate Wars in Powers & Pantheons. Didn't Marduk have a similar problem, too?

Expedition to the Demonweb Pits ToC

    Aye, it is.

Expedition to the Demonweb Pits ToC

    Indeed, it is.

    Wolfgang's "Demonweb Q&A"

Well, when you are dealing with the machinations of some eleven or twelve different demon lords, you can't really ignore Orcus. Much like trying to have a pizza without the crust. It's a messy and strange experience that's doomed to fail.

    Wolfgang's "Demonweb Q&A"

Something like that, kinda. It's actually divided into five parts, of which the third and the fifth are set in the Demonweb... Nightfall, Orcus indeed fits into the plot, and his interests even coincide with the PCs'.

What books would you like to see WOTC do

Expedition to the Barrier Peaks. A book on the fey. And those 320-page 3.5 versions of the classic campaign settings. Planescape, Mystara, Kara-Tur, Al-Qadim...

Planescape now that other settings have their own cosmology

I run Planescape with all the worlds on the Prime safely nestled within their own crystal spheres. In practice, this means that there are a lot of PCs and NPCs from Toril and Oerth. Krynn is difficult to access and they don't seem to be too savvy on planar matters. Athas is even harder to get...

    New May WotC cover art

But really, would Orcus be half as cool as he is if Kiaransalee hadn't offed him and thus paved the way for the brilliance that are The Great Modron March and Dead Gods? I will buy this book. I buy every book, anyway, but I am especially looking forward to this one.

Planescape, Inner Planes and Guide to the Astral Plane

Off hand, I couldn't name any Planescape supplements that were not worth getting.

    Damara and Vaasa? Sourcebook?

A domain of Ravenloft that was originally lifted from the Vaasa of Forgotten Realms. Interestingly enough, Vaasa is also a city in Finland.

DDM / Night Below ...what do you hope to see?

A shadow dragon. Some more drow. I'm hoping for a cleric of Vhaeraun, and perhaps Jarlaxle. To go along with the drow, we'd also need some spiders. A rust monster. A rockseer elf. There aren't many things for Chaotic Good that go with the Underdark theme, but this is one. A large fire elemental...

    Wwwjd?

The article "Core Beliefs: Wee Jas" in Dragon #350 answers most, if not all, of these questions.

    Altua outside of CW?

As far as I am aware, the only one of the CW deities to see mention outside of the book is Syreth, and that was limited to the Cleric of Syreth miniature in the War of the Dragon Queen expansion of D&D Miniatures. He had a rather tacky, violet cassock, as I recall. So, no Altua outside of CW.

    Orcus "Last Word"

Moderators always get the last word... The Last Word, on the other hand, is an ancient, powerful magic of unmaking that Tenebrous dug up from some ruins on the layer of Pelion, on Arborea. Very little is known about it, apart from that it has sufficient potency to slay deities, and that even...

    Non-random D&D Miniatures

The Heroes of the Lance. Didn't check out the WotC thread, but I'd guess that was suggestion number two... I think this is a very good idea. Themed warband packs would probably not work well, but an adventure module set for The Sunless Citadel or Red Hand of Doom would work very well...

about errtu and the other guys..

Errtu also features in R.A. Salvatore's novel The Crystal Shard, the first part of the Icewind Dale trilogy. His stats, nowadays, would be those of a standard balor demon, as found in the Monster Manual.
