That could work provided that the requirement was they were only wearing the base armor. Pick feats to jump above that and you lose the bonus... but potentially pick up some various magic items.

What if they made the druid wholly controller (vines, storms, etc) and had some sort of shapeshifter class to fill that role for close up melee? Like Skinwalker or something... that could get up close and personal. It's secondary could be more another class depending on the forms you choose.

We now know that the Barbarian is a Primal Striker. I know they perhaps wont try to force roles that don't make any sense, but I think a primal defender is entirely reasonable. Anybody have any ideas on name, specific flavor, etc? I'm guessing Druid will be Controller and Shaman will be Leader.
