    A Fighters skill points....

Except the uber Ranger of 3.5E. By the way, Little John was quite Intelligent. If you want one of the Merry Men who had a low Intelligence, look at Much.

    Sneak attack?

Damn the grapple, just FRA that Rogue and pound him into the ground. Most Rogues will get destroyed by a FRA from an equal level fighter. Furthermore, creature type is not the only way to get to get around Sneak Attacking. Fortification armor is great if you have a villian capable of buying...

    Fuzzy Knights Question

KoDT is hilarious, do not even think of cutting back on the number of comics a day. Once I get all the Rurouni Kenshin DVDs those comics are next on the list. As for todays comic, I thought it was alright. I still prefer the ones focusing on Ben and Target, though. Speaking of which, did...

    Worst sequel in movie history.

Karate Kid 3. Damn, I had blocked that out of my mind. Not as bad as Insurrection, but it really did destroy any semblance of continuity between the previous films. It also managed to lose most of the charm the second film had.

Wizardru: Exactly. The CN character is not neccessarily as you describe, and can just as easily fall under my definition. I think inaction can be just as evil as action. If a CN character sees someone drowning, and can easily save them, but just lets them die, that shifts him to CE. The...

Yes, you can commit Neutral acts and still be Good, but since the BoEF was supposed to be describing the viewpoints of the various alignments on sexuality, a description of a (Chaotic) Neutral ethos for Lawful Good is incorrect.

    What class is your villian?

Spellcasting classes are usually the best choice for BBEGs. The lower item values for NPCs hurts Fighters and Rogues far more than a Sorcerer or Cleric.

    Worst sequel in movie history.

The Temple Of Doom was mentioned, I think, but many people may rule it out since it is technically a prequel. Considering the star of the first Crow movie, Brandon Lee, died during the filming, it is not surprising the sequels were not as good.

What is the best PrC for a meele fighter?

Frenzied Berserker, from MoTW, and the Lion Clan PrC from OA. IIRC, one of the granted bonuses is the ability to make a FRA after a Charge, which is absolutely priceless for a melee fighter. The other bonuses are nothing to laugh at, either.

That sounds like CE to me, not CN. The Neutral alignments will help other people, so long as they take no great risk in doing so. Remember that Neutral prefers Good to Evil, according to the current definitions, they just are not willing to take risks to uphold it. I also disagree with your...

Pogre's New Story Hour with Mini pics - (12/7 The Final Update)

Damn. Where is a 20 STR Half-Orc Monk when you need one? I am surprised the TPK is going to happen so early, I was expecting them to last a little while longer this time. ;)

That would be CN, not CG. Neutral generally tries not to hurt other people unless they feel it's neccessary. Good actively aids other people. Anyone with a Good alignment should be more concerned with love than pure physical pleasure, objectively speaking. Otherwise, what is the difference...

I do not base my view of alignments in any way on societal values, because that is subjective, not objective. Since the D&D alignments are meant to be objective, that would be the wrong approach to take, and lead to the eventual abandoment of the system due to conflicts and disagreements. I...

    Fuzzy Knights Question

I read comics for amusement, not drama. Tuesdays comic was alright, but the best ones are always the ones that are really funny. Like Ben tricking the rest of the party into that oath, and then destroying them all.

I never mentioned marriage, so I do not know why you bring it up. Yes, the LG character would not feel compelled to break those laws, as they offer no real influence on his actions or beliefs.

I disagree with the postulation that a Lawful Good character would follow societal mores as long as they did not harm anyone. That strikes me as more of a Lawful Neutral character than a Lawful Good character. Lawful Good characters are primarily concerned with the furthering of Good through...

Are warriors & rogues required at high level?

He did mention he had a Barbarian/Frenzied Berserker for 10 weeks, which he was also dissapointed with, and you can hardly say that class combination is not optimized for combat.

Morality does not equate religion, and vice versa. Rules are rules, and that is all I will say on that subject.

The only Lawful Good character I have ever seen in a Star Trek series is Spock, and perhaps Tuvok. The rest all seem either Neutral or Chaotic. So I would not use Star Trek as an example, either. I have not watched a Star Trek series since DS9, though, since I was really dissapointed with...

    LG, sex and Star Trek

I think societal values are not that great an influence on Lawful Good characters. They are primarily concerned with upholding Good in a Lawful manner. Whether or not that fits their societies viewpoint is irrelevant. A Lawful Good character will not base his actions upon the values of a NE...
