I increasingly think the 3rd DLC will be a Species of "book" given it has 7 species. Probably lore for those 7 species plus MoM species that aren't in the PHB. Maybe something on Spelljammer species too maybe.

I still say all of this points to purpose built DLCs, not expanded left overs, but beyond what I have already pointed to, I have no way to prove that until WotC confirms or denies it. And I think if it goes well there will certainly be more DLCs.
