    I've run a shark in my campaign once, and it bit and held (grapple/constrict). On the other hand the PC in question was small sized, against medium sized PCs it would have tried to do the same, but at a -4 size penalty.

    Faceless looks good, though they could do with some more abilities. I suggest low-light vision, +2 to Perception and Bluff, and the ability to mimic the voices of others.     Making helmets have an in-game purpose...

    I agree with Ashagon, helmets are usually part armor, not having them reduces armor. For wearing a helmet with armor that usually doesn't have a helmet, I'd personally go with a very simple +1 bonus to AC, but a -4 penalty to Spot and Listen.
