Check for Sprite (Pixie) in the SRD. LA +4 hurts especially at low levels, but I think it´s ok. LA +6 for the occasional Pixie with Otto´s Irresistible Dance 1/day is way too much. Although it can be a killer spell. After all, it´s a lot of fun to ply a Pixie :)
