How easy would this be to play by someone who is only vaguely familiar with Starfinder? Or who played Pathfinder but not Starfinder? I'm considering buying this as a holiday gift for a friend.

I voted for 3E dragons primarily because of their options: so many spells and attacks. If a party had good tanks, a spell or three could handle them. 3E dragons were diversely lethal.

I review my notes from the previous session, possibly other sessions as well. I'm honestly surprised that isn't an option on the poll. I would have thought it would be in the top three answers.

I've really enjoyed the books. "Fast and simple" sounds good to me. I might have to convince my gaming group to give this a try.

I've got a good feeling about Merp. I think this is his year to win it all.

I played through Barrowmaze in OD&D over two and a half years. I bought it after. It's very straightforward: pick a barrow and enter. It does have some over-arching plots--and it is very large. I think our 2.5 years of dungeon delving found approximately half of the numbered rooms/loot.
