I have only seen this happen when they nova and then rest just to nova then rest, and to be honest it's MORE annoying with a long rest

sometimes sure... but I'm not worried about it happening so often that I worry my warlock is losing out... and if it DOES happen when I need it, we will just take the next chance to rest.

I think the witchlight is the best

because by default those encounters are 15% or 5%.... now I wont address in the castle since as I said it isn't the part I know best, but I have seen ppeople take 8 hour rests rolling 16 d20 (1 every half hour) and not get a 20. by the way, the first random encounter I ever rolled in a CoS game...

I don't know if they admitted it for the first time or if this is just the first time you heard it, but yeah back compatible for adventures not players... just look at what they did to warlock

OMG I came back just for HOPEing to discus this and I want to puke... they destroyed the warlock and people are still pretending that this is the same version of the game...
