NPCs are treated like standard monsters of thier level. For example, an 8th level human rogue is an 8th level skirmisher, and therfore worth 350 XP. But be careful when adding an NPC class template to a monster; that turns it into an elite, which is a tougher critter and worth more XP. BD

Why would a human rogue need the "rogue" template. Wouldn't the vampire in question simply be built as a rogue NPC, and then the vampire lord template applied? Hmm, may have to ask the sage on this one. BD
