hmmmm aint nothing flashy there. and there is no reference in the HTML file to a flash file either as far as i can tell. The Picture is pretty nice tough, by whom is it? :)

    Unusual Bard Trainers

Hello all, one of my players is currently the proverbial Halfling/Rogue, but with a distaste for fighting. He already put points into perform since he actually plans to become a bard sooner or later, and his whole background is basicly Bard oriented (family a Show troupe/circus/Gypsies). It...

New DM seeking a good premade campaign

I just want to chime in and add my voice to necromancer games products. personally i would suggest Lost city of Barakus. Should take you from lvl 1-5 easily, propably even higher. It is not only dungeon but a setting with some wilderness and city encounters thrown in, wich make for a great...

Defenders of Daybreak, The Early Years.

I know this thread is old, but hell are these storys great. i especially liked the last few dylrath storys. Ever thought about writing professionally? The characters come through amazing and the exchanges are very believable. I am anxious to read someday how this whole Teliaz scenario panned out! :)

Do you prefer Monster statistics in an adventure's text or at the end

Well i like the way it has been handled in Lost city of barakus best. Basicly some VERY short info about the NPC where it appears and all the detail statblocks in an appendix. Just works better with me when preparing for an adventure and finding NPCs again if i want to use them or someone...

    Weapon Illustration Sketches

Hehe i like the combat spade. Now i will HAVE to put in a crazed dwarfen or gnomish miner somewhere wich will dualwide a combat spade and combat crowbar *G* Unusual weapons like this make my day. The Obsidian sword looks really good, i can just imagine a Druid using it in combat. Since one of...

    Quezot's Armor and Weapons

Very nice. I like the different Armorparts. It does not only look good but is also fairly usable. JAY! :) I just wish the picture would be bigger, it looses detail in this resolution i presume. Keep it up, i am eagerly awaiting your next drawing *g*

    Page design opinions...

Very interesting. For reading at the PC very neat. I guess its even ok to have it printed out that way. It is unusual so i cant say for shure but i "think" i would like it on the monitor as i would like it printed out.

    Page design opinions...

I am actually an art nut, i just love good and fitting artwork. so in an onscreen version definetly art. but to print out preferrably without. If there is only one product either fullpage/halfpage/quarterpage or "framed" art so its easily removable. For example in a class description have the...

    Page design opinions...

Thats what i wanted to say mrob. Personally i prefer as few color as possible for printing. not that big a deal i can always tell my printer to print everything B/W, as long as its not too intricate and would force everything to be "black" when printed out this way. Also for printing out PDFs i...

Giant ants, eagles, a witch and some starships!

Absolutely Fantastic. The hag has great detail! Its actually my desktop now ;) The picture with the ants is.. disturbing to say the least. And a quiet interesting style for the starships. Not my cup of tea, but interesting non the less :) Thanks for sharing!

Undead dungeon in need of villain.

Just keep the soulforge on working and spewing out undead. Even if they leave the area let them hear rumors that undead in an area was thought to be freed of them returned. Let them feel the consequences of "failure". They cant always win.

    Weapon Illustration Sketches

Tetsubo, love your work For some reason i especially like all your "dwarf" themed weapons. Alot. They gave me some great insirations for magical/unusual weapons for my players. i love it when i can show them a picture. Now i only need to convince someone to actually use doubleweapons or...

Oni's doodles [Update: 08/11/04, or Playing Hero.]

Oni, some of your stuff is truly amazing. I love the "rag man" great pose and the clothing came out great. Bjorn is another of my favorites. Also i am planning to use your Zombiepictures for a creepy collage for when my players come into the town of the dead. And congratulations, you have been...

Help a Newb DM on setting the mood

Personally i just visuallise the scene in my head and while it plays out i adlib and describe what i "see" to the players. Of course in context to their characters. Reading a description from a card or trying to memorize a description just makes your descriptions very stale and unorganic in my...
