I have printed one or two but mostly read them on screen. And by reading I mean finding the relevant part quickly because I hate reading long bits of text on my screen.

I am going to guess 5 hours for you Merric. I will say that my group could not get that amount of combat in under 6 hours if their lives depended on it. I never notice where we lose time so I assume it must be a minute here a minute there type thing rather than 20 minutes lost at a time.

Whenever my group as a group decides we want to switch. The ability to pay for it will also be a contributing factor. We have so much to play and try now I can't see us switching for 3-4 years if not longer.

One group that consists of 3 DMs and 3 different campaigns based on who else shows up.

Back when I only had 2 or 3 players I would have them play 2 apiece but never more than that. Since 3E my group has had 4 or more players so I haven't had anyone play more than one character at a time. I would rather no one did if I can keep it that way.

Levels 1 thru 5 I would leave the same but I would like 6-10 to take about twice as long as it does then normal again for 11-20. Or in other words make the sweetspot last longer ;)

We game 3 hours every Sunday. We have 3 DMs and 3 different campaigns going. All three campaigns are set up in a way that someone can be missing and we can still game. When a player is not there, we either play one of the other campaigns if it is important for that character to be there or we...

You guys are making me jealous. I hadn't even ordered a case yet. Should in a few more days though.

I have no idea if familiars are a problem or not. I never had a player take one. In all this time I have had one Druid's companion and thats it. That went fine.

Except for small piles of coins/gems I have at least a reasoning behind all other treasure as to why it is there and what it is. Even though I use published adventures the treasure parts are the most modified. I like to make things that fit the story/plot/feel of the setting/adventure and the PCs.

I like the current system but I think parts could be streamlined better. Grapple and AoOs could use more clarification. Since it is a D20 + bonuses vs Opposed Roll system could we use that mechanic for everything (Turning I am looking at you). Gah I hate turning.
