The Levels are split up into four tiers (1-4, 5-10, 11-16, 17-20) .. do they have names like Heroic, Legendary,..?

Just be careful and backup regularly. Online Services that stopped support, often are taken offline shortly afterwards. I hope for all the users, that this is't the case here, but better safe than sorry.

Just a short question. If I use a +x Weapon that I can also use as a Focus (like a Staff as a Wizard/Druid/.. or a regular Weapon as a College of Swords Bard), do I get the Bonus to Spell Attacks?

Yes, but you have to spend all your Character-Creation Dice to get those 3d6 and then you also have only one Roll/day and these are spent. Thats harsher then even Old Shool D&D (where you only had one Spell, but this was a extremly potent one and works automatically).

It's awesome to see the fast changes/improvements to the game 8D I do like the countdown pool more than costing health, but it is way to hard now to use Magic. Even if you give all your starting dice into Magic, you still only have a ~50/50 Chance to casting a spell if you use ALL your dice for...

I think Heroes have to split their Attack-dice between targets for Area Attacks. Which makes it very hard to effect more than 2 (and even that only if you are higher level) but I think this Rule System focuses more on low powered heroes and adventures.

There are two points that I don't like: -) That Move counts as an action and therefore you can only Move OR Attack/Cast/etc makes for very static Combat. This favors Ranged Combatants and can be very frustrating for Melee focused Characters. -) While I love freeform Magic, this one doesn't...
