If you cast light on a stick, then it becomes magic and clearly cannot any longer be broken. Also if you cast it on a weapon it becomes magic and can overcome resistance. Light is clearly the most overpowered Cantrip! ;) Ok, none of the above is correct, but it would be awesome :) IMHO it...

I love the Favored Soul. This is finally a great Version to play a non-armored and non-armed Priest! He completely relies on Miracles and his Charisma. And the Spell Selection and Metamagic makes finding a Thematic-Focus extremely easy.

I have no experience with Chromebooks, but on regular PC's you can send everything on Chrome to Chromecast. So Roll20 should work fine.

Use the Longbow for range and Damage, but still get Sacred Flames since Save-Spells are great since they ignore cover and can be used in Mellee. Also sometimes it is much easier to hit with a dex-save spell than a attack vs AC.

But thats an Argument for Firbolgs Spells being to strong , since all those other Races get the non-cantrip spells only at a higher level and these reset only on a long rest.

My concern is not about the smaller Abilities, but with the 3 Spells per Short rest. Compare this to a Warlock, who receives 3 Spells/Rest only after the 11th Level, also these Spells are quite useful/strong.

Isn't he a bit too strong? Attributes are fine, but he got 3 (quite useful) spells per Short Rest and two additional smaller Abilities (Powerfull Built and Speech).

I wish they kept the Sorcerer from the Playtest. It had so much coolness and brought out the Dragon Theme perfectly. I don't mind the Metamagic, but for me the Warlock is what the Sorcerer should have been. The Sorcerer is just so bland.. :P

By the way, you can also just join another group on Roll20, to learn the ropes with some experienced players.

All the essential stuff has allready been said (Roll20, DnD Basic,..), but I would also recommend to buy the Starter Set. While it is not for free, it cost only 20 bucks (often less) and not only does it include a GREAT Adventure (the best one so far IMHO) that should lasts for several...

And lets not forget that not all Wizards will be able to do it .. you have to be a transmuter. So only around 1/8th of the high Level Wizard Population will be ablet to do that, so more or less a dozen!

Can't you release a tool under DM's Guild to include all PHP Features? What I really miss most at the moment is an Encounter-Generator that not only calculates the Difficulty (there are multible Programs that do this), but also shows you all Monster-Stats (maybee even the Spells) for it too.

A friend of mine is a bit frustrated with his Monk (but mainly because of his awful luck ;) ) and is wondering if multiclassing to a Moon Druid would be a good Idea. He asked me what he could use in animal form and what would stack, which I couldn't answer... Unarmored defense, Martial arts...

I m not much of an OSR Guy, but this one looks great and I instantly baked after this preview! 8D The Roll under (and not equal) is a bit unusual, but the system looks extremely easy and fun. I also love games that let the Players do all the roles (easier to gm and more fun for the player)...

I really hate the Purple Dragon Knights, its an insult to anyone who wants an Warlord. :( Not only is the healing nearly non-existant (the ammount is a joke), you cannot even heal someone who is at 0 HP since the target must be able to hear or see you.
