All that Grimm & Gritty (and other slower Healing Rules) does, is to focus more on magical instead of natural healing. So Clerics, Bards, etc. are even more important .. is that really that a good thing?

There are many Martial one-handed Weapons with 1d8 damage like the Longsword, War Pike,etc.. The only big difference is that some of them are Versatile and some are not. Is there a hidden advantage in using a non-versatile Weapon?
