I'd just make ya roll once for your Whirlwind attack and keep accruing the penalties to each foe, thus making it totally a mute point. Of course on the other hand, it would limit you to only 6 foes whom you could attack with a move of 30'.

Sorry, but a Wall of Force has no thickness, thus cannot be interacted with on edge at all. For the idea that it should do nonlethal damage, does it make sense if one falls on a wall of force that all the damage should be nonlethal. Force is more deadly than matter. But in this case 6d6 no...
