Saev, doesn't seem like you can get rid of (W+B) on the bottom and not get rid of it on the top. (W+B)(H+.1) = S+(W+B)(H+0) divide (W+B) from Each side leaves us with H+.1=S+H, divide each side by H leaves us with .1=S, which means it will only be better if you have a Str modifier of 0 or less.

You are "wasting" the damage roll of the power, however, you are gaining +4 damage to the rest of your attacks for the encounter AND a +10% chance to hit for the rest of the encounter. This is on all of your attacks, so OA's, CS, etc. Mix this with Blade Opp., get in the middle of everything...

In the "empowering players" spirit, I simply allow my players to decide if their portion of the gold they receive is in gold or component form. That way they don't have to leave the 8th level of Hell to "re-up" on components...
