D&D 5E (2014) Which was the most recent Wizards adventure you consider a classic?

Lost Mines is the only classic (the starter set) Potentially Tomb of Annihilation; as it riffs off another classic the Tomb of Horror. The rest have been fun to play in. But not classics in my mind. Not ones that folks will be clamoring to reprint in 2049 (75th anniversary)

What are you reading in 2025?

Agree about the New York snobbery. Now if it had been about Boston, I would have understood :ROFLMAO:

D&D General Maps, Maps, Maps! Dungeons, Ruins, Caverns, Temples, and more... aka Where Dyson Dumps His Maps.

Kobold Press Announces 'Cozy' RPG Riverbank

I guess what I mean is I don't know enough about the system to defend why I liked the games I played, but I really enjoyed them. It felt like the mechanisms encouraged you to do what the game was intending for you to do.

D&D General Teased Lorwyn-Shadowmoor Supplement Crosses Magic: the Gathering and D&D

Phyrexian invasion would be cool. I wonder who they would partner up with when it comes to D&D big bads?

D&D General Teased Lorwyn-Shadowmoor Supplement Crosses Magic: the Gathering and D&D

Glad they chose this. Tarkir would have been my other choice, but I wasn't as familiar with the lore. This lore sounds cool, with the turning. I just hope the adventure included doesn't stink AND is for more than just levels 1-3

    D&D 5E (2024) Dragon Delves

This one's not to my flavor; however it would b super cool if there was some hidden blacklighting parts to the Alt cover.

Kobold Press Announces 'Cozy' RPG Riverbank

Also, for folks like me stuck in USica, and used to seeing the word spelled "cozy" and maybe also a bit self-diagnosed OCD about spelling and bothered every time looking at this thread title... A quick search on the DDG (Duck Duck Go) tells me that the OP was in fact using the British English...

Kobold Press Announces 'Cozy' RPG Riverbank

I'm no BW apologist, but I have enjoyed both the 3-shot BW game and the more-shot Torchbearer games I've participated in. Never gotten Mouse Guard to the table, but I own the box set (talk about shelfware!). That said, Ironsworn could be very interesting rules set for a MouseGuard setting...

Kobold Press Announces 'Cozy' RPG Riverbank

Wait, Kij Johnson - author of the Dream Quest of Vellit Boe and Fudoki? Oh, and also of a book called The Riverbank pubbed in 2017? I am so backing this. (And also going to go get the book too!). Wind in the Willows one of my favorite books as a kid, and still a banger...
