One more thing, ICONS *can* do point buy character generation too (see p. 17 "But I Don't Want to Roll Up a Hero!" in the core rules) if you prefer that to random. My ICONS Clarification Notes (linked above) includes some additional helpful tips from Steve Kenson et al. on point buy as well.

That's too bad. I wish both gentlemen the best of luck in their future endeavors. Rich Baker did some excellent work for TSR and WotC on D&D, Alternity and the Forgotten Realms during the 2e and 3e eras - I hope we do see him over at Paizo soon.

Excellent idea for a poll but I think you are going to see a lot of Other because there were some big name contemporaries to early D&D not on the poll like Traveller, Tunnels & Trolls and Call of Cthulhu.

For me, Halloween is more of a season than just one day. I like to do it all - costume parties, haunted houses, haunted hay rides, scary movies and some horror gaming! B-)

They will eventually remove 4e content though. If they are smart they just won't do it right away. I'm guessing they are probably smart.
