I would keep most except for the Races of and Complete Series for the most part. If I had to get rid of most for some life or death reason I would keep the 3 Core, SC, ECS and UA.

Myself and my players always buy lots of the mundane minor items. But we tend to use them a lot rather than "yeah my sheet says I have one".

As a player I would love it. I like a huge ol slash and hack once in a while. As a DM - maybe - Filling out a dungeon that large takes forever to come up with a good story, theme and reason for each of the things that might be there.
