Not in the slightest - the OGL is one of the best things to happen to D&D. I think it's ethically gray to resell someone else's work however.

Keep in mind the gold costs are for properly grown and refined teas that actually effect spells. With the exception of Starshot Glory, all of the herbs listed are commonly brewed in mundane tea. The magical refinement is what brings out the metamagic in the herbs.

Wilst druqks themselves don't feature in my games, a society in my campaign closely resembles the rave scene, which is basically a weekend drug/music orgy. Instead, its just wizards casting all manner of mind-churning spells at the crowd.
