TURTLEDOME!: Battle Bone (DM: KenHood, Judge: Lord S.)

I'm not quite sure your 19 beats a large battleaxe. *shrug* "Vaunea stay fo... foi... with shoes. No leave Marco. Bring Marco honor. Protect Marco." And with that, Vaunea leaves the room, heading for the foyer and a *comfortable place* (how comfortable can it be, really) to lay. I'm...

TURTLEDOME!: Battle Bone (DM: KenHood, Judge: Lord S.)

Vaunea takes one look around the room before her quite confused. Obviously, the halfling has felt wronged by the group before him. Attempting to calm down Marco some and assure him, Vaunea speaks up, a half grin spreading across her face. "Vaunea like Marco. Marco no laugh at Vaunea. Not...

Vaunea sheathes the axe. "Sorry. She say monsters. Vaunea fight monster. Keep little man safe." See, made her forget all about the money spent. ;)

Entering the shop, Vaunea realizes to herself that this shop was probably not made for minotaurs to enter. Doing a little acrobatic dance to avoid knocking over all of Marco's merchandise, Vaunea slowly squeezes through the shop. When Marco asks the group to head up the stairs, Vaunea waits...

I am totally ready to move on. These talking bits aren't my character's forte, and I've seen that I tend to write my narrative along the same lines. It seems to keep me from being *too smart* in character. :p

Vaunea looks sternly at Finnian. "Even Vaunea know he mad. No more talk. Go hang drawing. Vaunea come too." With that, Vaunea heads out the door to put the drawing up on the post where the guards pointed it out to him, hopefully with Finnian in tow.

Vaunea heads over to the desk full of writing utensils. She finds one that she can handle well, and turns the poster over on it's back. She then hastily begins her chicken scratches. Noticing Finnian looking over her shoulder, she gives him a big toothy grin and continues the drawing. About...

TURTLEDOME!: Battle Bone (DM: KenHood, Judge: Lord S.)

Having plopped herself down onto the ground, Vaunea finds herself drifting in and out of sleep. Every so often she will hear mention of wands and cigars, neither of which interest her. Quietly, she wonders to herself if there was ever a great warrior in this town who stood more than 4 feet...

TURTLEDOME!: Battle Bone (DM: KenHood, Judge: Lord S.)

After following Finnian down the road, Vaunea gives one last glance at the guards, snorts, turns around, and jogs back to the house to follow Hadarai inside.

Vaunea walks over to the two giggling guards, with a...well, it's a minotaur, so I guess the look is about the same as her normal look...menacing look on her face. "You have problem? I no like you...or you. Go away." With that, she stands back, preparing for the guards in case they decide to...

Upon hearing that Mr. Swillwort did not want the rats, Vaunea puts down the unconscious rat and beats it until it is dead. "Vaunea kill rat. No more rat here. Want me kill your rats also?" Vaunea looks around to the rest of the group, looking for a response.

Once Vanuea emerges from the ear with the unfolded Memory Rat, she holds him up for Stillwort to view. "Vaunea bring gift. Rat in ear. Make home. Now, unconscious. How rat get there?" Waiting for an answer, Vaunea cleans a few of the scuff marks off of her shield and takes a seat on the...

Vaunea picks up the Memory Rat and begins heading down the path that she had taken to get here. "Vaunea fold later. Must leave. No like wet." And with that, Vaunea runs off...or at least the way that seems to be towards the ear she came in at. I am currently running in the direction that we...

Vaunea rears back her axe for one big final blow and comes straight down on top of the rat. Standard = Brash Strike(with Cover) 1d20+4->17;1d12+8->13 I am attempting to knock unconscious, not kill.

Vaunea summons her rage and blinks out of existance at I11, only to reappear at E13. Taking a split second to regain herself, she lashes out at the Memory Rat, in the hopes of incapacitating it. I am going to make 1 roll with a +7. Here's what I want to do. If I cleave and hit the memory...

I find it kind of ironic that you keep forgetting about the Memory Rat's turn.

Proposal: Dr. Scruples' Amazing Reality Revision Machine

After facing your first few battles, I would love you to make me into something that cool. However, I probably wouldn't beat the character you made me into anyway.

TURTLEDOME!: Battle Bone (DM: KenHood, Judge: Lord S.)

Well, that's why I wasn't sure of the charge. I didn't know if I could jump as part of the charge, in a heroic type movement (I made a 23 Athletics instead of 10 to cover the one square as part of a charge. :D...I had to try). The squares travelled are J4, J5, J6, J7, J8, J9, J10, I11, H12...
