I believe representation from Pazio has stated in the past that their publishing deal for Dungeon and Dragon only allows them to sell the PDFs once an issue is out of print.

I'm not sure that this is contradictory. It indicates that it is published under an Open License, not the WOTC's Open Game License. Also the PHB, DMG, and MM contain no open game content. Only the SRDs, Unearthed Arcana, MM II (for 2 pages) and Weapons Locker contain open game content.

I think they mentioned in a thread on the publishers forum that DTRPG did indeed have a new website.

Wow! Did anyone know that was going to happen? I believe there is also going to be a second printing of this book as a "Flaming Cobra" release, for those that need to track it down in hardcover.

I picked them up, having not done enough research ahead of time, and thus was disappointed. What I wonder is why a PDF publisher didn't do this sort of product. It could be formed for easy information and I could print exactly what I needed out on cardstock.
