I know he had some critics---but I generally liked Andy's work at WotC. In particular I liked some of his efforts to fix my favorite (but drastically under powered) 3.0/3.5 PrC---the Dragon Disciple. I can only think that WoTC shedding its more experienced (and probably better paid) game...
